The manual mold change time is ≤20 minutes, and manual sampling (micrometer + projector) is performed every hour to ensure the dimensional tolerance of ±0.05mm and the flatness ≤0.1mm/100mm. We have stably supplied 800,000 cores to a certain industrial motor customer, with a qualified rate of 99%, a material utilization rate of 92%, and a mold life of more than 2 million punches. The processing cost of a single piece is 0.15 yuan/piece, and it supports 96-hour emergency delivery. It is suitable for small and medium-sized variable frequency motors, household appliance motors and power tool cores. The weight tolerance is ±0.8%, taking into account both efficiency and economy, and providing medium-sized customers with cost-effective precision blanking solutions.
