1. Our company uses JB36-200 gantry press, focusing on the economical mass production of small and medium-sized motor cores. The equipment has a punching rate of 150 times/minute, a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm, and is suitable for punching 0.35-0.5mm cold-rolled plates and silicon steel sheets. After manual adjustment, the burr of the punching sheet is ≤0.05mm (in line with the basic industrial grade G2 standard), and the stacking coefficient is ≥0.93. The manual mold change time is ≤15 minutes, and manual sampling (caliper + roughness meter) is performed every 30 minutes to ensure the dimensional tolerance of ±0.1mm and the flatness of ≤0.2mm/100mm. We have stably supplied 300,000 cores to a household micromotor customer, with a qualified rate of 97%, a material utilization rate of 88%, and a mold life of more than 1 million punches. The processing cost of a single piece is as low as 0.12 yuan/piece, supporting 96-hour emergency delivery, suitable for micro motors with an outer diameter of 30-150mm, home appliance control board cores and low-power motor structural parts, with a weight tolerance of ±1.2%, meeting the needs of small batch and multi-variety orders with high cost performance, and the comprehensive cost is 20% lower than the same level of equipment.
