Applicable scenarios: Commonly used industrial motor and industrial fan cores with an outer diameter of 80-250mm, IE2 energy efficiency meets the standard;
Economical efficiency: The mold cost is as low as 30,000 yuan/set, the processing fee for a single piece is 0.1-0.15 yuan, and the manual mold change takes ≤15 minutes.

0.35mm silicon steel sheet size tolerance ±0.1mm (manual spot check correction every 30 minutes), 0.5mm material thickness tolerance ±0.08mm;
Burr ≤0.05mm (≤0.03mm after vibration deburring), stacking coefficient ≥0.92, meeting the IE2 energy-efficient motor core requirements.
Process adaptability:
Supports 80-250mm outer diameter core punching, manual die change time ≤15 minutes, material utilization rate of 85%-88%;
Standard Cr12 mold (life 500,000-800,000 punches), single piece processing cost 0.1-0.15 yuan, 40% lower than high-speed punching machine.
Inspection and delivery:
Manual full inspection of the first piece + random inspection of 5 pieces per hour, flatness ≤0.15mm/100mm, qualified rate ≥95%;
