Merits of Flat Copper Windings: Rectangular flat copper coils raise slot fill factor, lower copper loss and improve heat dissipation, enabling low temperature rise and operational efficiency from 93% to 96%.
High Low-speed Torque: Disc-type structure delivers long torque arm, generating large torque at low rotating speed for direct load drive; gear reducer is omitted to simplify overall structure and cut failure rate.
Wide High-efficiency Operating Range: Maintains high efficiency across full speed range, reduces power consumption under low-speed heavy-load conditions and greatly extends equipment endurance.
